Budget-friendly ways to work with a designer in person, if you aren’t ready for full service just yet. Anna comes to your Abilene home, whether you need a fresh eye on one space or a full room plan.

Each in-person package has a set price, agreed before the first visit. If your project needs more than the package covers, Anna quotes it first, and nothing extra begins without your OK.

Visits are within Abilene. For homes farther out in West Texas, travel is added to your quote.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. Every in-person package includes at least one visit to your home in Abilene: a 45-minute consultation, a 30-minute kickoff visit for a Room Refresh, or a kickoff and measuring appointment plus a 30-minute presentation visit for a Complete Room Plan. The design work itself happens at my desk and comes to you in writing.

Which areas do you serve?

In-person design is for homes in Abilene, Texas. If you are outside Abilene, I am glad to quote the travel separately, or we can work together virtually from anywhere.

What is the difference between Room Refresh and Complete Room Plan?

A Room Refresh keeps your main furniture and makes the room feel cohesive and personal: one 30-minute kickoff visit, a design board and color palette, annotated photos with placement and styling guidance, up to six product selections and a prioritized action plan. A Complete Room Plan starts with a kickoff and measuring appointment and goes further: a dimensioned furniture layout, up to twelve selections, an illustrative rendering, a purchase and placement guide and a 30-minute presentation visit.

Are furniture and décor included in the fee?

No. The fee covers the design work. Products, samples, shipping, installation and contractor costs are separate, and you buy the pieces yourself using the shopping links, dimensions and prices in your plan.

Will you purchase or install everything?

Not within these packages: you purchase and implement the plan, and the guide tells you what goes where. If you would like hands-on help with ordering, installation or styling, I will put together a fixed quote, or we can talk about full-service design.

Does my package include measuring, a layout, or a rendering?

The Complete Room Plan does: a measuring appointment, one dimensioned furniture layout and one illustrative rendering. The Room Refresh and the consultation do not. A layout or a rendering can be added to a Room Refresh for a separate fixed quote.

How many visits are included?

The consultation is one 45-minute visit. A Room Refresh includes one 30-minute kickoff visit. A Complete Room Plan includes a kickoff and measuring appointment and a 30-minute presentation visit. Additional visits are quoted separately.

How do revisions work?

Each room package includes one consolidated revision: send me one collected list within seven days of the initial delivery. For a Room Refresh that covers up to two product substitutions and minor palette or styling adjustments; for a Complete Room Plan, up to three substitutions and minor layout or palette adjustments, with the rendering updated. The consultation has no design revisions, but you have one clarification email within seven days.

Can I purchase in phases?

Yes. The Room Refresh action plan is prioritized so purchases and implementation can happen in phases, and the Complete Room Plan’s purchase and placement guide works the same way. If a selected product becomes unavailable within 30 days of final delivery, one replacement per product is included, up to two products.

What if I need additional help?

Tell me what you need: another visit, more selections, shopping assistance or styling. I will send a defined scope and a fixed price, approved before any work begins, so you know the investment first.

Can I get a refund?

Design Consultation: cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Room Refresh and Complete Room Plan: before your kickoff call or visit, full refund; after delivery, no refunds. Cancellations and refunds

Terms and helpful details

One room means one functional space. Open living and dining areas count as two rooms when both require design work.
Each room package includes one design direction.
One product or coordinated matching set counts as one selection; a pair of matching lamps counts as one selection.
Before the appointment, clients share room photos, available measurements, inspiration, furniture/material budget, and items they want to keep. The space must be accessible.
Design fees are separate from products, samples, shipping, installation, and contractor costs.
Clients confirm final product dimensions and fit before ordering.
Submit one collected revision list within seven days of initial delivery.
Room packages include 14 days of questions to clarify the final plan. New sourcing and redesign are outside that support.
Within 30 days of final delivery, one replacement per unavailable selected product is included, up to two products.
A new design direction, additional room, additional visit, or work outside scope receives a separate fixed quote.
Provisional delivery: Room Refresh, 2–3 weeks; Complete Room Plan, 3–4 weeks after required materials are received. Confirm the actual schedule at booking.
Consultation and Room Refresh fees are paid in full when booked.
Complete Room Plan: 50% to reserve and 50% before final files are released.
The required kickoff is included in each room package. A separately booked consultation is a separate service and is not automatically credited.
Travel outside Abilene is quoted separately.
