Cancellations and refunds

Design Consultation ($150 virtual, $225 in person)

  • Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
  • Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment, or missing it, isn't refunded. You may reschedule once within 30 days.

Room Refresh ($450 virtual, $600 in person) and Complete Room Plan ($950 virtual, $1,200 in person)

  • Reschedule an in-person visit free with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Before your kickoff call or visit: full refund.
  • After your kickoff call or visit, before delivery: design work has begun, so the fee isn't refundable. If you need to pause, your project stays open for up to 6 months.
  • After delivery: no refunds. Changes are handled through the one consolidated revision described in your package.
  • Complete Room Plan payments: 50% reserves your project ($475 virtual, $600 in person) and is refundable before your kickoff call or visit. The other 50% is due before final files are released.
  • If you don't send your photos, measurements and inspiration within 60 days of purchase, your project is paused. You can restart it any time within 6 months of purchase at no extra cost.

Design Follow-Up ($50/month)

  • Cancel any time with Manage your subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
  • No partial-month refunds. Unused questions don't roll over.

Additional work

  • Additional work is quoted at a fixed price and approved by you in advance, and isn't refundable once work begins.

Private Design Camp ($750)

  • Reschedule free with at least 14 days' notice.
  • Cancel at least 14 days before your date for a full refund.
  • Cancelling within 14 days of your date isn't refunded. You may reschedule once within 60 days.

Design Camp webinar ($100) and workbook ($19)

  • They're delivered the moment you pay, so they aren't refundable. If something doesn't work, email anna@annabouchelledesigns.com and Anna will fix it.

Card processing fees

  • Card processing fees aren't refundable. Any refund is the amount you paid, less the card processing fee.

If Anna can't deliver

  • If Anna is unable to complete a package you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund for any work not delivered.
