One kickoff; board and palette; one dimensioned furniture layout; up to 12 product selections; one illustrative rendering; purchase/placement guide; one 30-minute presentation. One revision: up to three substitutions and minor layout/palette adjustments, with rendering updated. Virtual uses client measurements. Local includes one kickoff/measuring appointment for the scoped room and one presentation visit; confirm appointment length in the booking terms.

One design direction. A product or coordinated matching set counts as one selection. Submit one collected revision list within seven days. Include 14 days of final-plan clarification and, within 30 days, replacements for up to two unavailable selected products. New sourcing beyond that, a new direction, additional rooms, or visits receive a fixed quote.
Furniture, materials, samples, shipping, installation, and contractor costs are separate. Renderings are illustrative, may not exactly reproduce products, and are not construction drawings. Furnishing/decorating room packages exclude renovation documentation, custom cabinetry, and contractor coordination.
Refresh 2–3 weeks; Complete 3–4 weeks after required materials are received, with the actual schedule confirmed at booking.

Package fees cover only the listed services. Consultations and Refresh are paid in full when booked. Complete uses two equal payments: $475 + $475 virtual or $600 + $600 local, with the balance due before final files. A required kickoff is included in a room package; a separately booked advice consultation is a separate purchase and is not automatically credited. Quotes for extra work must state a fixed price before approval; no hourly charges.
